Counseling & Therapy Services for Hollywood, FL Residents
Hollywood, Florida is Broward County's third-largest city, home to over 153,000 residents and the iconic Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. Hollywood is one of the most culturally diverse communities in South Florida, with nearly 39% of its population born outside the United States. This rich diversity — spanning Latin American, Caribbean, and European heritage — is one of the city's greatest strengths.
With that diversity comes unique mental health considerations. Cultural adjustment, bilingual family dynamics, economic pressures in a community with a 13% poverty rate, and the stress of navigating multiple cultural identities are challenges many Hollywood residents face. At Bayview Therapy, our clinicians are experienced in providing culturally aware therapy that honors your background while helping you move forward.
We offer individual therapy, family counseling, depression treatment, couples therapy, and teen counseling. Our Fort Lauderdale office is about 15 minutes north of Hollywood via US-1 or I-95.
Hollywood's diversity is its strength — and our therapists are equipped to serve it. Whether you're facing family conflict, cultural stress, anxiety, or depression, we provide compassionate, personalized care. Contact us today.
Meet Our Hollywood (Florida) - Expert Psychologists & Counselors
We have offices conveniently located across south Florida to better serve the busy demands of our community. If our Fort Lauderdale office is not your ideal location, perhaps our other two locations would be better for you.
Our Coral Springs office is ideal for those located in Parkland, Coconut Creek, or Boca Raton. In the summer of 2022, we will be opening our brand new, beautiful counseling office in Parkland, Florida. This location is ideal for those located in Davie, Weston, Pembroke Pines, and Sunrise, Florida.
In the fall of 2022, we're opening a brand new, beautiful office in Plantation which will be convenient for those located in Davie, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Southwest Ranches, and Sunrise, Florida. Our Plantation office is in the Bank of America building on Pine Island Road and Sunrise Boulevard close to 595 and the Sawgrass Expressway.
If you find that driving to an appointment at the office is challenging with your busy schedule, we offer online counseling via a secure telehealth platform. This can be a great option if you're traveling or if you want to save time by not having to drive to and from our offices for your counseling session.
Research shows that telehealth is just as beneficial as seeing a therapist in person. However, telehealth may not be ideal for all populations or presenting problems so please discuss your options with our client care coordinator or directly with your therapist (ie: EMDR, play therapy, and psychological testing are best facilitated in the office).
If you're new to counseling at Bayview Therapy and you're ready to get started, we invite you to call us at 954.391.5305 to speak with our client care coordinator and connect with the best therapist to help you reach your goals.
