Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses analytics, advertising, and measurement tools provided by third parties. These tools use cookies, tags, tracking pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors interact with our website. The tools we currently use include:

• Google Analytics (GA4) - website traffic and usage analytics that help us understand how visitors find and use our site.

• Google Ads and Google conversion tags - used to measure the performance of our advertising and to understand which ads lead visitors to contact us.

• Google Tag Manager - a tag management tool used to deploy and manage the tags and scripts described in this section.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) - used to measure the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms and, where applicable, to show relevant ads to people who have visited our website.

• Wix analytics - built-in analytics provided by our website platform, Wix.

These third-party providers may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages you view, and actions you take on our website, and may set their own cookies or identifiers. This information may be used by Google and Meta in accordance with their own privacy policies, including to measure ad performance and, in some cases, to show you advertising on other websites and platforms (sometimes called "retargeting" or "remarketing"). We do not control how these third parties use the information they collect through their technologies.

We take reasonable measures intended to prevent information you submit through our forms, including any health-related information, from being captured by these analytics and advertising tools. We do not knowingly transmit protected health information to Google, Meta, or other advertising or analytics providers, and we do not permit these providers to use any such information to build profiles about you for their own purposes.
