My Story

Although I had no idea the time, my career as a psychotherapist started at a young age. I remember being drawn to counseling and helping people find solutions to their difficulties.  It was then when I started to train my ear and my heart to what is now my passion and professional occupation.  Today I listen differently than I was then. I listen more deliberately. And I also listen for what's not being said.

There's nothing more rewarding than seeing people change and become happier. Seeing couples starting to enjoy each other's company again. And individuals improving their relationship with themselves.

My Background

I have been successful at helping people gain a deeper understanding of themselves, resolve core issues, and achieve a lasting change so they can live a more fulfilling life.

I earned a M.S. degree in Mental Health Counseling, a M.S. In Clinical Psychology, and a B.A. in Social Work. My therapy style is rooted in compassion and science. I utilize evidence and research-based approaches such as Psychodynamic, Gottman, CBT, and EMDR.

Years of rigorous education combined with dedication and clinical experience allow me to help clients understand and resolve the issues that brought them to therapy so they can create and maintain the change they aspire to.

My task is to evoke the change that will make your life more fulfilling.

A Little Fun

When I am not at work, I enjoy reading, painting, and taking picturesque photographs. I love traveling and learning about other cultures or simply spending time with my friends and family. I love learning new things that I like to share with others.
